Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling for lead generation & inbound lead handling
• Share product information and understand customer needs
• Maintain call records and coordinate with sales

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of telecalling experience
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with CRM and computer systems
