Speaking any other south Indian languages is an added advantage.
Knowledge on computer, OS and different versions of windows and Mac. Customer support experience is mandatory.
Conducting inbounds calls to potential clients and customers to promote our products and services.
Managing and nurturing leads through follow-up calls and emails.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales in our CRM system.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns.
