Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical System Engineer based in Nagpur. The Technical System Engineer will be responsible for supporting, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, network security, and system operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring the stability and security of network systems, configuring and optimizing system solutions, and providing hands-on technical support for on-site equipment and tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and timely support for system upgrades are key aspects of this role.

Educational Qualification- B.E Graduate, Diploma (Electronics & Telecommunication preferred)

Experience - 2 to 5 years

Domain of Experience- Product and service experience in the field of Telecom Products like Networking, Switching, Firewall, Security, Cloud storage, EPABX and Video Conferencing solutions, CCTV.

The candidate is suppose to establish good relationship with the existing and new customers. Work towards system maintenance and service calls. Work towards new installations for systems and co-ordinate with OEMs and Distributors. Work towards designing of solution for end customer based on Site surveys. The candidate is supposed to work with senior team members and provide daily update and log the progress.

The candidate is suppose to co-ordinate with project team for planning and execution of his/her respective projects. The candidate shall work along with the admin and accounts team with respect to smooth execution of projects.

Frequent travel locally or outside Nagpur is part of the Job profile.

Skills-

• Strong Communication skills, proficiency in English and Hindi
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft office tools especially Excel and Word.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
• Proficiency in Systems Engineering, including system design, setup, and maintenance to ensure optimal operations.
• Experience in Network Security and Information Technology to safeguard systems against vulnerabilities and manage infrastructure efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure frameworks in education, healthcare, or enterprise sectors is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
