Summary:

NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist specializing in Fortinet SD-WAN to join our IT & Information Security department. This full-time, permanent role requires a candidate with 10-18 years of experience to design, deploy, and optimize SD-WAN solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, customer-facing experience, and a deep understanding of Fortinet products and the competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Build advisory relationships with customers focusing on Fortinet / SD-WAN solutions.
Support customers and partners throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle, from RFIs to RFPs.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, collaborating closely with sales teams.
Continuously enhance knowledge of Fortinet products and solutions, staying informed about the competitive landscape.
Oversee and conduct solution demonstrations, ensuring effective positioning against competitors.
Customize solutions to meet complex customer requirements, emphasizing the integration of Fortinet components.
Manage time effectively while working on multiple deals simultaneously, maintaining a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) team to support SASE growth objectives.
Train partners and customers and give presentations to a larger audience at events.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
10-18 years of experience in network security implementation, with a focus on Fortinet SD-WAN.
Proven experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing cloud-delivered security solutions.
Strong understanding of SD-WAN, advanced networking, cloud security, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technically to a range of stakeholders.
Must be available to work from 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST.

Preferred Skills / Attributes

FCSS SASE and FCSS - SD-WAN certifications.
Experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting.
Knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Ability to establish and maintain strong technical and strategic relationships with senior executives.
Experience in training partners and customers and giving presentations to a larger audience at events.
