Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer who can combine technical understanding with sales skills to help customers choose the right IT solutions. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and supporting the sales cycle from initial discussion to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT and cybersecurity solutions
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
  • Work closely with customers to build long-term relationships and trust
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams for successful implementation
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain regular sales reporting

  • Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in technical sales, solution selling, or IT product sales
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity solutions
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to present and explain technical solutions clearly
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in IT solutions or technology sales is a plus
