ACE Group is looking for Technical Sales Executives to drive business growth in the food ingredients and dairy ingredients sector. This role involves developing new customers, managing key accounts, and working closely with R&D and operations to deliver innovative ingredient solutions to leading food companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing key accounts across the food and beverage industry.
- Build strong relationships with purchase, R&D, and product development teams at customer organizations.
- Drive customer projects from lead generation and sampling to commercial orders and post-sale support.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, logistics, and finance teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Promote ACE Group’s dairy and functional food ingredient portfolio.
- Conduct regular customer visits, manage sampling, follow up on orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer receivables and ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with the finance team.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and expand account relationships.
- Represent ACE Group at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science / MBA preferred
- Experience or strong interest in food ingredients or dairy ingredients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven with the ability to manage accounts and generate new business
