Job Description

Bondexis is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Resume Writer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical skill sets and the US job market and be able to craft compelling, ATS-friendly resumes for IT professionals. The role requires the ability to transform complex technical experience into clear, structured, and impactful resumes aligned with US hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and optimize professional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for candidates targeting the US job market.
• Understand candidates’ technical background, skills, and career goals through discussions and provided information.
• Convert complex technical experience into clear, concise, and impactful resume content.
• Ensure resumes are ATS-optimized and aligned with US hiring standards.
• Highlight candidates’ technical skills, achievements, and project experience effectively.
• Edit and improve existing resumes to enhance clarity, formatting, and marketability.
• Maintain high standards of grammar, accuracy, and professional formatting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in resume writing, preferably for IT or technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ATS optimization and US resume standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing resumes for US-based candidates.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn profile optimization.
• Understanding of roles such as Software Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, QA, and other IT roles.

Work Details

Work Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
