What we’re looking for…

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter/Sourcer with experience hiring for AI/ML and cloud-native engineering roles to join our growing Talent team in India.

This role is a blend of full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing, focused on building high-quality pipelines for complex technical positions. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of hiring engineering talent spanning various disciplines (AI, cloud, platform, DevOps, distributed systems) and can confidently partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional results.

What you’ll be doing…
  • Full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Test Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Platform Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Kubernetes specialists.
  • Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
  • Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define technical requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of AI and cloud-native engineering talent.
  • Screen candidates for both technical capability and cultural alignment.
  • Manage candidate experience from first touch through offer.

  • Qualities you possess…
  • 3–6+ years of experience in technical recruiting and sourcing.
  • Proven experience hiring for:
  • Engineers, Test Engineers, AI/ML roles (Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, etc.)
  • Kubernetes / containerization / cloud-native infrastructure roles.
  • Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (Python, distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience using ATS platforms (We use Ashby).
  • Demonstrated ability to build passive candidate pipelines from scratch.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for global or US-based engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or observability environments.
  • Ability to read technical resumes and assess architecture-level experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • 3–6+ years of experience in technical recruiting and sourcing, especially within engineering.
  • Proven ability to hire for:
  • Engineering roles (including AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, etc.)
  • Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native infrastructure roles
  • Solid understanding of modern technology stacks: Python, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, ideally Ashby.
  • Capability to develop passive candidate pipelines from scratch.
