Job Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end technology infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and address risks or issues as they arise.
• Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to achieve objectives.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams for seamless collaboration.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status to key stakeholders.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Project Manager should have:

• 15+ Years of strong experience working in digital enterprise projects
• Proven experience in managing technical teams and driving project success.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of delivering multi-tech projects developed in Java / .Net (Framework 4.5 and above) / MS Power Platform / Salesforce / ServiceNow / Oracle and Other Open Source Frameworks
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies (MS Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Knowledge of CICD, TDD and BDD approaches of software engineering
• Should have demonstrable experience in waterfall and Agile-Scrum methodologies
• Industry recognized certification like PMP, Prince2 is an advantage
• An ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• A degree in a relevant field such as IT, engineering, or project management.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
