Role Description

C3iHub is seeking a full-time on-site Technical Program Manager - Fullstack & Cloud Platform to be based in Kanpur. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of technical programs related to Fullstack and Cloud Platform solutions. Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing software development projects, driving analytical problem-solving, and ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives. The role also involves collaborating with researchers, startups, and industry partners to support technology development and deployment.

Qualifications
  • Strong Program Management and Project Management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor large-scale technical initiatives.
  • Proven Analytical Skills to troubleshoot complex issues and derive actionable insights for problem-solving.
  • Experience in Software Development with expertise in fullstack and cloud platform technologies.
  • Product Management skills to oversee the development lifecycle and align deliverables with business goals.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or cyber-physical systems is an advantage.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role is preferred.
