We are seeking a Head of AI Engineering & Agentic Systems to architect and lead the next generation of intelligent applications across mobile, web, and automation platforms.

This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build-the-future role.

You will design autonomous AI agents, multi-agent orchestration systems, and intelligent workflows that power real-world business transformation across global markets.

Your mandate:

• Embed AI into everything.
• Replace manual workflows with autonomous systems.
• Build intelligent products, not just applications.
• Create scalable AI architectures that compound over time.

What You Will Own1️ AI & Agentic Architecture

• Design and implement multi-agent systems using modern orchestration frameworks.
• Architect LLM-powered platforms with memory, reasoning, and tool integration.
• Develop AI copilots, autonomous workflow engines, and intelligent assistants.
• Create reusable AI microservices and orchestration layers across products.
• Define best practices in prompt engineering, context injection, and model evaluation.

2️ AI-Native Product Engineering

• Architect hybrid mobile and web platforms (Flutter / React Native / modern frameworks).
• Integrate AI-driven intelligence into every layer of product architecture.
• Lead backend system design (Node.js / Python / .NET / scalable microservices).
• Establish event-driven and cloud-native architecture patterns.

3️ Automation & SMB Intelligence Platforms

• Build AI-driven automation solutions for small and medium businesses.
• Create agent-based workflow engines replacing manual back-office processes.
• Design conversational AI systems that integrate deeply with business data.
• Lead development of AI-powered SaaS platforms.

4️ AI-First Development Culture

• Implement AI-assisted coding workflows.
• Establish internal AI productivity systems.
• Mentor engineers on LLM architecture, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and advanced AI patterns.
• Define engineering standards aligned with global AI innovation.

Required ExpertiseDeep AI & LLM Systems Experience

• Production-level experience with:
• OpenAI APIs or equivalent LLM ecosystems
• LangChain or comparable orchestration frameworks
• AutoGen or multi-agent systems
• Vector databases and retrieval systems
• Strong knowledge of:
• Prompt architecture & evaluation
• Tool-calling & function orchestration
• Agent memory patterns
• AI system scalability

Engineering Foundation

• 8–12+ years in mobile/web/backend engineering.
• 3–5+ years in senior technical leadership.
• Expertise in:
• Flutter / React Native
• Node.js / Python / .NET
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Microservices & API architecture
• CI/CD & DevOps best practices

Architectural Thinking

• Ability to design systems that scale globally.
• Strong security and data governance awareness.
• Experience building SaaS or product-grade platforms preferred.
