Responsibilities
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and services.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance and technical staff.
Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers and vendors.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage facility budgets and optimize operating costs.
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
Good knowledge of DG, Transformer, STP, WTP, Electrical and Fire.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in technical facility management.
Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, and automation.
Proven ability to manage technical projects and lead a team.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
