You'll need to:Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirementsIndependently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentationWork with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storageResearch, create, and maintain information architecture articles that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migrationDevelop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive content across all ’s degree in relevant technical field0-1 year experience as technical content writer/ freshers are also eligible to applyProven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topicsPrevious experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiencesSuperior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detailExperience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support contentWorking hoursA 10-hour working week is standard in this role, but adaptable working practices are common and you may need to work outside of a typical 9am to 5pm many freelancers work from home and remotely (from locations outside of the organization's workplace), you'll sometimes be able to choose your working hours.
