Experience: 6 to 12 years in RAN Engineering with a focus on LTE and 5G technologies. o Strong understanding of LTE, NSA, and SA architectures in RAN services. o Expertise in 2G/4G/5G KPIs and performance monitoring metrics (Accessibility, Mobility, Throughput, latency, call drop rates etc). o Experience in protocol-level knowledge, including E2E call flow and CTR trace analysis. o Proficient in using trace analysis tools like LogTool, Wireshark, etc. o Strong understanding of the end-to-end connectivity of telecom nodes. o Proven experience in RCA analysis and issue resolution with effective final solutions. o Knowledge and experience with 3GPP, IETF, and other related specifications/standards. o Familiarity with Cloud RAN fundamentals and understanding 5G use cases. o Ability to troubleshoot customer complaints and network-related issues. o Strong skills in performing routine maintenance, configuration changes, software upgrades, and network expansions of RAN systems. o Understanding of trouble ticket and change request (CR) processes.
