Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage live streaming sessions using OBS Studio, including setup,

  switching scenes, and troubleshooting.

  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure timely and efficient class operations.

  • Monitor live class performance, resolve real-time issues, and provide immediate

  support if needed.

  • Maintain and update basic Excel spreadsheets to track session data, attendance,

  and other key metrics.

  • Perform basic computer tasks such as file organization, system checks, and

  software support.

  • Collaborate with the content and support teams for pre- and post-session

  requirements.

  • Ensure that technical equipment (cameras, microphones, internet, etc.) is tested and

  functional before sessions begin.

  Requirements:

  • Basic experience or familiarity with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software).

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, filtering, etc.).

  • General understanding of computer operations and troubleshooting.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

  • Good communication skills and team player attitude.

  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts based on the live class schedule.

  • Prior experience in handling live sessions or webinars is a plus.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience in an EdTech, live content, or technical support role.

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and Zoom/Meet platforms.
