As a Technical Architect - ERP at Lennox, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

- Plan, assign work & lead the team engaged in Development, Support, Implementation & Upgrade projects.
- Ensure technical delivery of the team meets project needs, priorities, and deadlines.
- Own and guide the team in ABAP programming, design, testing, and debugging works as part of day-to-day activities.
- Engage more in designing, reviewing, and architecting solutions at the team and integration levels.
- Understand Enterprise Architecture and scale the ERP team to meet EA principles and guidelines.
- Advocate for or against adapting SAP as a solution for business cases considering various factors.
- Coordinate and participate in the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive technical program documentation.
- Identify opportunities for the team to adapt the latest/advanced SAP techniques.
- Have in-depth cross-functional working knowledge with other SAP modules and peripherals.
- Be proactive in ensuring system stability and performance from an ABAP perspective.

Qualifications required for this role include:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 7-12 years of overall SAP experience inclusive of implementation and support.
- Recommended roles played: Senior Developer, Architect, Strategist to Lead.
- Thorough knowledge of various SAP components such as Data Dictionary, Reports, RFCs, OOPS ABAP, Smart Forms and Adobe Forms, BAPI, Enhancements Techniques, ABAP Queries, Workflows, Data conversions - BDC, LSMW, ALE & IDOCs.
- Experience in Data Migration, HANA Migration, Upgrade, Enhancement/Support pack, and Production Support projects.
- Good to have knowledge in SAP Fiori, OData, BTP, ABAP on HANA.
- Proficient in Performance Tuning, Testing, and Debugging skills.
- Strong problem-solving mentality and the ability to deliver complex and time-sensitive projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under limited supervision while delivering within defined timelines.
