Role Overview Please note: THIS IS NOT A PERSONAL TRAINER ROLE; this is a QUALITY ASSURANCE ROLE; you’ll be required to work with our team of Personal Trainers to help clients achieve results.

The Technical Account Executive / Quality Assurance Executive plays a key role in ensuring Athleaders maintains its position as Singapore’s #1 personal training organization. This role focuses on monitoring trainer performance, reviewing session quality, supporting client progress tracking, and handling operational administration to ensure clients consistently achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities Trainer Management & Communication:
  • Coordinate and conduct regular calls with trainers to review performance and address challenges.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to trainers to enhance client outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance & Session Monitoring
  • Review daily session structures to ensure alignment with Athleaders’ standards.
  • Monitor the quality of sessions delivered and ensure clients receive effective, results-driven training.
  • Track client progress through baseline measurements, photos, and ongoing assessments.

  • Client Results Tracking:
  • Collaborate with trainers to ensure clients achieve their fitness goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client parameters and progress milestones.

  • Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
  • Manage session structures, documentation, and records.
  • Maintain and update Excel sheets and other tracking tools for reporting and quality control.
  • Support operational workflows to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Work with the Fitness Manager to work on monthly and quarterly projects to improve service delivery.

  • Requirements:
  • Personal Trainer Certification or related certificates in health and fitness industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and provide constructive feedback.
  • Experience in quality assurance, client management, or operations (fitness/wellness industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative record-keeping.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coach professionals towards improvement.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing client progress and trainer performance.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and client success will be a strong advantage.
