Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician based in Indore. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and machinery related to precast concrete production. Tasks include inspecting systems, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with the team to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the Technician will document work processes and provide updates to supervisors regarding system conditions and repairs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
• Knowledge of safety protocols, tools handling, and operational compliance
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Experience with quality control processes and adhering to production standards
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting purposes
• Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical field; relevant work experience in manufacturing or construction is an advantage
