Tech Support for High-Volume Media Buying Team Job Type: Part-Time / Flexible Location: Remote Industry: Affiliate Marketing / Online Advertising Start Date: ASAP ABOUT US We’re a performance-driven affiliate marketing team running high-volume campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), focused primarily on the Dating vertical. As our business scales, we’re facing growing friction from tech issues, profile validations, Meta bans and making sure that new set ups are quickly launched and robustly structured. To keep our media buyers focused on what they do best — scaling — we need a sharp and reliable Tech Support Specialist who can further build and manage our tech infrastructure. THE ROLE This is a key role in our team. You’ll be responsible for both the technical upkeep of our infrastructure and the set up of new assets, BMs & ad accounts . You’ll work closely with our founders to streamline our operations. RESPONSIBILITIES - Troubleshoot and handle issues within Meta's ecosystem: bans, rejections, verifications - Create & manage profiles, pages, BMs and other assets - Setting up new ad accounts & warming them up - Solve issues with ad disapprovals, redirect errors, or infrastructure problems - Keep everything organised with clear documentation & logs.
