Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with proven leadership capabilities and deep expertise in the US staffing market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background hiring for AI, Product-based, and SaaS organizations, along with the ability to mentor recruiters, drive hiring strategy, and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent at scale.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex technical roles across AI, Product, and SaaS domains in the US market

  • Partner with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

  • Drive hiring strategy, market intelligence, and talent mapping for niche and high-demand skill sets

  • Mentor, guide, and review the work of junior recruiters to improve quality, speed, and candidate experience

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean, job boards, referrals, ATS, talent pools)

  • Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations, hiring practices, and documentation standards

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for roles including Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Product, Cloud, DevOps, and Architecture

  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, conversion ratios, quality of hire)

  • Strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement for US-based clients and roles

Required Experience & Skills :

  • 5+ years of experience in US Technical Recruitment / US Staffing

  • Strong hiring exposure in AI, Product-based, and SaaS organizations

  • Hands-on experience recruiting for complex technical roles across multiple tech stacks

  • Proven leadership or mentoring experience within a recruitment team

  • Excellent understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, time zones, and client expectations

  • Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and sourcing platforms

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-quality hiring environment

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with product companies, startups, or global SaaS firms

  • Prior experience managing or scaling recruitment teams

  • Exposure to diversity hiring initiatives in the US market

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
