Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. You will be the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, leading a team of developers while ensuring the architecture is scalable, secure, and optimized. The ideal candidate has a deep mastery of the Service Cloud ecosystem and a proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Lead a team of 5–8 developers and admins; conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce best practices (Bulkification, Error Handling, Modular Design).
  • Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end service solutions, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, and Entitlements.
  • Modern Service Features: Lead the implementation of Agentforce (AI Agents), Einstein Bots, and Service Cloud Voice (integrations with Amazon Connect or Genesys).
  • Custom Development: Architect and build complex components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Advanced Apex (Asynchronous processing, Batch, Queueable).
  • Integration: Design and manage secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools like MuleSoft or Boomi.
  • DevOps & Governance: Own the release management process using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins; maintain branching strategies in Git.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to translate business vision into technical roadmaps and effort estimations.

  • Required Technical Skills
  • Salesforce Core: 8+ years of experience with at least 4 years specifically in Service Cloud.
  • Development: Expert-level proficiency in LWC, Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript.
  • Automation: Mastery of Salesforce Flow (Record-triggered, Scheduled, Screen flows) and migration from legacy automations.
  • Data Modeling: Strong experience in designing complex relational data models and handling Large Data Volumes (LDV).
  • Security: Deep understanding of the Salesforce Security Model (Shield, Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Fine-grained Sharing).

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications (Mandatory): Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Application Architect or System Architect.
  • AI Exposure: Hands-on experience with Einstein GPT or Agentforce is a major plus in the 2026 landscape.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Retail sectors.
