As a Product Manager in the Health & Life Science domain, your role involves evaluating the market, identifying new opportunities, operating models, and technologies, along with understanding the evolving needs of customers for the product or cluster of products. You are tasked with owning the roadmap for selected product categories, aligning it with the overall strategy, and keeping it updated as per the current requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the market, including new market opportunities, operating models, and technologies, as well as the emerging needs of customers for the product/cluster of products.
- Own and maintain the roadmap for chosen categories of the product, aligning it with the overall strategy.
- Work with other Product Managers and Technical/Functional Product owners to eliminate overlap and duplication of functionality and features across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Architects and technical teams to develop in-house tools and solutions using relevant party tools/products.
- Coordinate with external vendors/suppliers to influence their roadmaps according to own product roadmaps and align releases of features accordingly.
- Develop pricing models for each product, supporting them with tools, templates, and facts.
- Collaborate with supporting teams like marketing and sales to ensure successful launch and sales of new features.
- Gather frequent feedback from customers and users on the offering/product and incorporate it into the product development cycle.
- Track product usage and devise strategies to enhance adoption and usage by users/personas/buyers (internal or external).

Qualifications Required:
- Experience in launching/acquiring new products or offerings in Health & Life Science streams.
- Solid experience in working with client/customer management teams to achieve product objectives.
- Technical and functional experience in building, solutioning, and integrating products.
- Experience in design and manufacturing value chain.
- Familiarity with technology platforms relevant to Health & Life Science sectors.
- Core capability in product design and engineering, manufacturing engineering, and after-sales support.
- Experience in working with other Product Managers and Functional Owners for the establishment of functional and technology roadmaps.
- Comfortable with working in a matrixed organization and coordinating/reporting to/supervising resources in a team setup.
