Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Team Leader to oversee operations at our Rabale center. This individual will lead the local team, drive student enrollments into online university programs, manage client interactions, and ensure the delivery of exceptional student experiences in line with EduJam's service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Student Acquisition
  • Promote university-affiliated online UG/PG programs through outbound and inbound sales strategies of universities like NMIMS, Amity, D.Y. Patil, Manipal, VIT Vellore (Mandatory)
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment and revenue targets
  • Conduct local events, seminars, and partnership outreach to boost lead generation

  • Center Operations & Administration
  • Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth student and staff functioning
  • Coordinate with central academic, tech, and content teams to streamline service delivery
  • Maintain infrastructure, ensure compliance, and implement SOPs

  • Team Leadership
  • Supervise counselors, support staff, and front-desk operations
  • Monitor performance, conduct training, and foster a target-driven environment
  • Ensure quality service and operational efficiency across all touch-points

  • Client & Student Engagement
  • Handle student queries, grievances, and counseling support
  • Maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and ensure student satisfaction
  • Build long-term relationships with learners and university stakeholders

  • Candidate Profile:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Ed-tech, higher education, or center/retail operations
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and sales skills (preferably in education services)
  • Proven ability to manage teams and meet business KPIs
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like LSQ (LeadSquared), LMS platforms, and virtual counseling tools
  • Customer-focused, tech-savvy, and outcome-oriented mindset
  • At least 1-2 years in ed-tech only
  • Handling team size of 7-8 minimum
