Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Collections / Recovery Sales to manage a team of collection executives and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring team performance, achieving recovery targets, and maintaining strong client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives to achieve monthly recovery targets.
• Monitor daily collection activities and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Track team performance and prepare collection reports.
• Handle escalated cases and negotiate payment plans with customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
• Coordinate with the sales and finance teams regarding outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of recovery status in CRM or internal systems.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in handling recovery, collections, or payment follow-ups.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in collections or recovery sales, with at least 1 year in a team handling role preferred.
