KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Trade Sales Team Lead responsible for expanding business through travel agents, tour operators, and offline travel partners.
This role requires strong field presence, client relationship management, and organizing roadshows/events.

Travel Trade Expansion

  • Acquire new travel agents and tour operators
  • Develop strong relationships with existing partners
  • Field Sales Management

  • Lead a team of field sales executives
  • Plan and monitor daily client visits
  • Events & Roadshows
  • Organize roadshows, travel trade meetings, and events
  • Represent the company in travel industry events
  • Market Development
  • Identify new cities and markets for expansion
  • Build partnerships with travel associations

  • Requirements
  • 4-5 years experience in travel industry sales
  • Strong network with travel agents and tour operators
  • Experience managing field sales teams

  • KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS) Monthly Targets:
  • New sales collection target: 40 Lakh
  • New partner acquisition
  • Monthly revenue from trade partners
  • Client retention rate
  • Event and roadshow success rate

  • Senior Trade sales

    2-6 years experience in travel or software industry sales

  • Experience working with travel agents, tour operators, or travel companies
  • Field sales experience preferred
  • Travel Trade Business Development
  • Identify and acquire new travel agents, tour operators, and travel companies
  • Promote the company’s travel technology platform to potential partners
  • Build long-term business relationships with travel trade partners Field
  • Sales & Client Visits
  • Conduct daily client visits and product presentations
  • Demonstrate the product and explain its business benefits
  • Collect feedback and market insights from travel partners
  • Roadshows & Industry Events
  • Plan and execute roadshows, seminars, and partner events
  • Represent the company in travel trade meetings and networking events
  • Support marketing initiatives to promote the product in the travel industry
  • Partner Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Assist partners during onboarding and product usage

  • Reporting & Market Feedback
  • Provide daily visit reports and sales updates to the Trade Sales Team Lead
  • Share competitor insights and market trends

  • REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Strong relationship building and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation ability
  • Ability to work in field sales and travel frequently
  • Understanding of B2B travel industry
  • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • 2-4 years experience in travel or software industry sales
  • Experience working with travel agents, tour operators, or travel companies
  • Field sales experience preferred
