Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Recruitment with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for the Manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, leading a small team of recruiters, and ensuring timely delivery of hiring requirements for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing industry roles.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with clients for further interview rounds.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for manufacturing roles.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain proper documentation and candidate records in the ATS/database.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in manufacturing domain hiring.
• Expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience in team handling or mentoring recruiters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Qualification

• Any Bachelors Degree / MBA (HR preferred).

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in recruitment consultancy / staffing industry.
• Immediate joiner or candidates with very short notice period.
