Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Digital Media to manage and guide a team of digital professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital media operations and strong leadership skills to drive performance, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital media executives
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital media campaigns across platforms
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high-quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements
• Track team performance and provide regular feedback and training
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and team productivity
• Stay updated with the latest digital media trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in a digital media or digital marketing role
• At least 1 year of experience in a team handling or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Social Media, Ads, Content, Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
