About the Role

We are looking for a Team Lead – Creatives Department to lead our in-house media team. The role involves overseeing video production, photography, and creative storytelling, while guiding the team to produce high-quality visual content aligned with the university’s branding and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative team, including videographers, photographers, and editors.
• Plan and oversee video shoots, photography sessions, and media production projects.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the university’s brand and communication strategy.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand content requirements for events, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Review and finalize video edits, photography, and multimedia content.
• Manage production schedules, equipment, and project timelines.
• Maintain an organized media archive and digital assets library.
Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in media production, creative content creation, or video production.
• Proven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or Video Editor, with a strong portfolio.
• Prior experience in leading a creative team or managing production projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Strong understanding of creative direction, visual storytelling, and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film Making, Visual Communication, Design, or a related field is preferred.
