Role Description

This full-time, on-site Team Lead - AML role is based in Nashik. The Team lead will oversee the implementation and monitoring of AML policies and procedures, analyze transaction patterns to identify potential risks, and manage investigations related to suspicious activity. Additionally, the role involves providing guidance to team members, conducting regular training sessions, collaborating with financial regulators, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and frameworks. The individual will also manage reporting requirements, both internally and externally, and actively contribute to operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and practical experience in data analysis and risk identification
• Knowledge and experience in finance, financial services, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in auditing processes, including adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Familiarity with crypto trading and AML policies is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4-5+ years of experience
