We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Web & Mobile Team Leader who can manage development teams, ensure project quality, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of web and mobile developers to deliver projects on time.
• Ensure high-quality standards (QA) for all web and mobile applications before deployment.
• Handle project planning, task allocation, and progress tracking for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and developers to understand requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform code reviews and quality checks to maintain development standards.
• Manage team performance, guidance, and mentoring of developers.
• Ensure proper testing and bug tracking in collaboration with the QA team.
• Monitor project timelines and delivery schedules to avoid delays.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Web and Mobile App Development processes.
• Experience in Project Management and Team Leadership.
• Knowledge of QA processes and software testing standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and team members simultaneously.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) is a plus.
