- Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons according to the curriculum.

Create an engaging, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.

Maintain discipline and encourage positive behavior among students.

Assess students’ progress and maintain accurate records of performance.

Prepare worksheets, assignments, and examination papers as per requirements.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic growth.

Participate in school events, academic meetings, and professional development programs.

- Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject.

B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. / NTT (as applicable).

CTET qualified (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong command over English and subject knowledge.

Classroom management skills.

Creativity and ability to engage students.

Punctuality, professionalism, and teamwork.

- Experience

Minimum 0–3 years (Freshers with good skills can also apply).
