    The Supply Room are looking for numerous individuals to fill Teaching Assistant positions to start in April in Primary and Secondary schools located across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.

    These are full-time positions, with the hours 8:30am to 3:30pm. We offer a competitive pay rate of £88 to £100 per day, alongside continuous support through application and interview process.

    As a Teaching Assistant you will be…
  • Creating an inclusive environment for all students to excel and succeed in.
  • Working alongside the class teacher to support in the daily classroom activities.
  • Working 1:1 with students displaying additional complex needs, providing the extra support they require.
  • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Help create a positive learning environment by managing behaviour and promoting inclusivity.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other teaching assistants to plan and prepare resources.
