Drishti services may directly impact the child or adult stakeholders who are working with these children. Services that impact the child directly are assessments & therapy (counselling, special education, etc) and those that indirectly impact the child (through adult stakeholders) are capacity building programs and therapy support programs.

Job Description:

Academic Instruction

• Deliver subject-specific teaching as per the NIOS curriculum and prescribed syllabus.
• Prepare structured lesson plans, study materials, and revision schedules tailored to open schooling learners.
• Conduct regular classes (online/offline) and doubt-solving sessions

Student Support & Mentoring

• Provide individual academic guidance and motivation to learners.
• Track student progress and address learning gaps through remedial support.
• Guide students on NIOS study techniques, exam patterns, and time management.

Assessment & Examination Support

• Conduct periodic assessments, mock tests, and assignments.
• Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist students with NIOS examination form filling, practical preparation, and exam readiness.

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with the NIOS coordinator and academic team for schedules, reports, and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic progress, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with NIOS norms, academic calendars, and institutional policies.

Parent & Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate student progress and concerns to parents/guardians when required.
• Participate in academic meetings, orientations, and review sessions.
• Prepare structured lesson plans, study materials, and revision schedules tailored to open schooling learners.

Educational Qualification - B.Ed (Special Education)/M.Ed, Diploma in Special Education

Experience - 1-2 years of experience as a special educator / Tutor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
