Job Title: Humanities Teacher (Political Science, History, Geography, Sociology)
Location: Coaching Institute
Timings: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Political Science, History, Geography, and Sociology for Classes 11th and 12th.
• Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, and test papers aligned with the curriculum.
• Simplify complex concepts to ensure student understanding and retention.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.

2. Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Encourage student participation and critical thinking.
• Monitor student progress and address learning gaps.

3. Parent Communication

• Regularly update parents about student performance and progress.
• Address concerns and provide academic guidance during meetings or calls.

4. Administrative Duties

• Maintain attendance records, performance reports, and academic documentation.
• Assist in organizing tests, results, and institute-related academic activities.
• Coordinate with management for curriculum planning and improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Humanities or relevant subjects.
• Prior teaching experience preferred (especially for Classes 11th & 12th).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
