We positively engage with personal and professional development and school improvement. Teacher – Nursery - Key Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Develop foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and communication. Encourage creativity through art, music, storytelling, and play-based learning. Monitor and assess students’ progress and maintain records. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development. Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and discipline. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs. Classroom Management Parent handling skills Skills, Qualifications and Experience Any Graduate Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education / Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT). Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in pre-primary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children. Knowledge of child-centered and activity-based learning methods.
