As a Physical Education Teacher (PET), you will be placed in a school and play a key role in implementing the Sportathon Foundation’s sports-integrated curriculum. You will ensure regular sports sessions, promote inclusive participation, support life skills development, and build a safe, joyful play culture for all children.

Locations: Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured physical education and sports sessions as per the curriculum.
• Ensure activities are age-appropriate, inclusive, and engaging for all students.
• Promote life skills, teamwork, and gender equity through sports activities.
• Track and monitor student participation, engagement, and skill development regularly.
• Organize intra-school games, fitness assessments, and sports events.
• Build positive relationships with students, school staff, and parents.
• Support the training and mentoring of youth volunteers or assistant coaches.
• Manage and maintain sports equipment, ensuring proper usage and availability.
• Maintain accurate attendance records, session logs, and submit regular progress reports.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and sportsmanship during all sessions and activities.
• Collaborate with school stakeholders to support the success of the program.
