Job Title: Teacher (All Subjects – Classes 1st to 8th)
Location: Sector 20 C, Chandigarh

Timings: 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching

• Teach all core subjects to students from Classes 1st to 8th.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
• Prepare worksheets, assignments, and test papers.
• Help students build strong foundational concepts and study habits.

2. Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline and create a safe, positive, and interactive learning environment.
• Encourage participation and support individual learning needs.
• Manage different learning levels within the classroom effectively.

3. Student Development

• Focus on overall development including communication skills, confidence, and basic values.
• Identify weak students and provide extra support.
• Motivate students and track their academic progress regularly.

4. Parent Communication

• Regularly update parents about student performance and behavior.
• Address concerns and guide parents on improving student learning at home.

5. Administrative Duties

• Maintain attendance, records, and student progress reports.
• Assist in conducting tests, result preparation, and academic activities.
• Coordinate with institute management for smooth functioning.
