- Indian National Olympiad Program
- Conduct regular tests and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Track student progress and provide feedback.

2. Academic Coordinator 📋

Responsibilities:

- Plan curriculum and schedule for foundation batches.
- Coordinate between teachers, students, and management.
- Monitor teaching quality and syllabus completion.
- Arrange tests, evaluations, and academic meetings.

3. Student Mentor / Counselor 🎯

Responsibilities:

- Guide students in study planning and goal setting.
- Help students manage stress and exam pressure.
- Conduct career awareness sessions about engineering fields.
- Communicate with parents about student progress.

4. Test & Evaluation Team 📝

Responsibilities:

- Design weekly/monthly tests.
- Analyze test results and rankings.
- Identify weak areas of students.
- Provide performance reports to teachers and parents.

Responsibilities:

- Overall management of the IIT Foundation program.
- Ensure quality teaching and student outcomes.
- Manage faculty recruitment and training.
- Handle administration, admissions, and operations.
