'Experience:

- Minimum of 8 years in data architecture or 10 years in engineering roles related to hybrid / multi cloud solutions, with a proven track record of successful client engagements.

- Consulting experience on On prem / Cloud based data estates

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in two or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) related data services - Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, Databricks, ADF, Glue, AWS EMR, Azure Insights, GCP Data Proc, GCP DataFlow etc.,

- Experience in Master Data Management (MDM)

- Experience in architecting applications leveraging containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Cloud native (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Hybrid / Multi-Cloud, Hardware OEMs, Network, Security, Microservices, FinOps, iPaaS and APIs, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles

- Strong Knowledge and advisory background on Data estate modernization primarily around ETLs, Data platforms, Reporting and analytics migration

Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to articulate technical concepts.
