Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Operation Associate to support taxation and compliance processes. The candidate will assist in preparing tax-related documentation, reviewing financial data, and ensuring timely completion of operational tasks.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and review of tax returns


• Review financial statements and tax-related documents


• Perform data entry and reconciliation activities


• Maintain accurate tax records and documentation


• Support compliance and audit requirements


• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth tax operations


• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)


• 0–3 years of experience in Tax / Accounting / Finance Operations


• Basic understanding of taxation concepts


• Good knowledge of MS Excel


• Strong attention to detail


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills


• Effective communication skills

⭐ Preferred:


• Experience in CA firm / accounting firm


• Exposure to tax return preparation


• Experience in finance or operations domain
