Job Overview

We are looking for a Tamil-speaking Telecaller with sales experience to join our Study Abroad team . The role involves contacting student leads, understanding their study abroad interests, and guiding them towards suitable programs.
Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students who have shown interest in studying abroad.
• Explain available courses, universities, and study abroad opportunities .
• Understand student requirements and provide relevant guidance.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain records of calls and update lead details.
• Achieve monthly sales/admission targets.
Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or education sales.
• Sales experience is mandatory.
• Fluency in Tamil is required.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and making regular calls to leads.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
Preferred

• Experience in study abroad / education counselling / EdTech sales .
• Ability to communicate in English or Hindi is an added advantage.
