We are a 3-Star Certified Tally Partner and looking for a Tally Software Support Executive to provide technical and functional support to clients using Tally software. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical and functional support for Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime

Assist clients with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Handle queries related to GST, TDS, invoicing, and reporting

Resolve data-related issues and guide clients on best practices

Provide remote and onsite support as required

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Accounting principles & GST

Hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage and support multiple clients efficiently
