We are seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist with strong talent sourcing capability, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced US staffing environment. This role is focused on identifying, mapping, engaging, and screening high-quality talent through structured search strategies and strong sourcing judgment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing
  • Identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
  • Utilize Boolean and X-ray search techniques to build targeted candidate pipelines
  • Map talent across relevant industries and maintain a strong talent pool

  • Candidate Screening & Submission
  • Conduct structured screening calls
  • Assess candidate fit against role requirements
  • Prepare accurate, submission-ready candidate profiles

  • Pipeline Management & Collaboration
  • Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy
  • Track candidate progress and follow-ups
  • Work closely with recruiters to align on requirements and sourcing priorities

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment/staffing with strong hands-on talent sourcing responsibility
  • Strong experience in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, X-ray search, and talent mapping
  • Strong analytical ability in candidate identification and evaluation
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a challenging environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using ATS/CRM tools
  • Willingness to work with US time zone overlap

  • Preferred Background

    Experience in Engineering, Energy, Healthcare, or Corporate staffing is preferred.
