As an HR Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team across various functions such as talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives.   • *Key Responsibilities:**

  • - **Talent Acquisition Support**
    - Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines.
    - Support candidate sourcing through various channels like job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
    - Ensure seamless communication with candidates to enhance their hiring experience.

    - **HR Operations**
    - Help in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
    - Support in documentation and other HR administrative tasks as needed.

    - **Employee Engagement & Communication**
    - Aid in organizing employee engagement initiatives, HR events, and internal communication activities.
    - Collaborate with the HR team to create a positive and engaging workplace environment.
  • *Qualifications Required:**

  • - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
    - Interest in learning HR systems, recruitment processes, and HR best practices.
