The Shift: Are you currently a Talent Manager or Account Manager at an influencer agency? Do you know the exact bottlenecks of managing creator deals, brand follow-ups, and agency operations? Come build the technology that solves it.

Who We Are: Fluencity.Social is an autonomous AI manager that runs the business side of influencer deals for creators and talent agencies. We are transitioning the creator economy from manual hustle to AI-driven automation.

The Details:
  • Role: Talent & Agency Partnerships Manager (Full-Time Core Team)
  • Location: Remote (Delhi NCR highly preferred for occasional strategy meetups)
  • Compensation: 22,000 to 30,000 INR/month base + uncapped commission on paid conversions. (Please only apply if this base salary works for you. The true financial upside is in the commission structure and growing with an early-stage startup).

  • What You Will Actually Do:
  • Be the Expert: Act as the dedicated Account Manager for creators and talent agencies signing up for our platform.
  • Drive Adoption: Speak their language. Show them exactly how our autonomous AI replaces their manual admin work and manages their deals.
  • Close Deals: Drive paid upgrades and scale your own income through commissions.
  • Shape the Product: You will be the bridge between the creator ecosystem and our product team. Take your agency experience, gather user feedback, and help us build the exact AI tools the industry desperately needs.

  • Who We Are Looking For:
  • The Agency Veteran: You have worked as a Talent Manager, Account Manager, or Influencer Marketing Executive. You know the business side of creator deals inside out.
  • The Extrovert: You thrive on relationship building. You would much rather jump on a quick call to close a deal than type out a long email.
  • The Tech Transitioner: You are tired of standard agency burnout and want to transition into a high-growth AI tech startup.
  • The Owner: You are highly accountable, handle accounts with care, and figure things out on the fly.
