Talent Acquisition Specialist
Thane (W), Mumbai – Work From Office (Mandatory)
Experience: 1–3 Years

If you have strong experience as a Recruiter and can manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment, we would love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and niche technical roles (RPA, QA, Automation, BI, Development, Project Leads, etc.)
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals & networking
  • Conduct initial screening calls (technical exposure + role fit assessment)
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers & technical panels
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure proper documentation
  • Ensure timely follow-ups & smooth candidate experience
  • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously

Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience
✔ Knowledge of technical roles (RPA, Test Automation, QA, Software Development, etc.)
✔ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri & job boards
✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
✔ Must be based in Mumbai / Thane
✔ Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Background:
Experience hiring for IT services, technology consulting, automation practices, or product engineering firms will be an added advantage.
