Job Description:

  • Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for consulting roles (Analyst to Partner)

  • Partner with consulting leadership to understand workforce planning and staffing needs

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies

  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations

  • Lead campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives

  • Leverage recruitment metrics to optimize processes and provide insights

  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and internal HR teams

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies

  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an excellent candidate experience

  • Stay updated on market trends and talent intelligence in consulting

  • Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in consulting/professional services hiring
