1️ Talent Acquisition Executive (Entry-level)

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews, shortlisting, and onboarding
• Learn and grow in recruitment and HR operations

2️ Senior Talent Acquisition Executive (3–5 years exp.)

• Handle full-cycle recruitment independently
• Build candidate pipelines and manage client/stakeholder relationships
• Implement recruitment strategies for multiple roles

3️ Talent Acquisition Manager (8–10 years exp.)

• Lead and mentor the TA team
• Develop recruitment strategy and workforce planning
• Drive employer branding and process improvements
