1. Overview:

The Data Center Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top-tier talent to support the company's growth and strategic objectives. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for finding and engaging exceptional candidates. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment life cycle (National & Global), ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience while adhering to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.


2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking).

  • Core Datacenter recruitment all position

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from requisition intake to offer acceptance, ensuring a timely and efficient process.

  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates and track recruitment metrics.

  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Manage offer negotiations and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

  • Proactively identify and address potential recruitment challenges.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

  • Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and report on progress.

  • Participate in company events and career fairs to promote employer branding and attract potential candidates.


3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Strong understanding of various recruitment technologies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).

  • Experience with HRIS systems and databases.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


4. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Masters / MBA In HR is must from Top B Schools /XLRI

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

  • Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different levels.

  • Experience recruiting for technology roles is a plus.

  • Datacenter Recruitment and Hiring 🎯: Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent in a timely and efficient manner. Demonstrated success in meeting hiring targets and exceeding expectations.

  • Recruitment Life Cycle: Expert understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, from requisition to offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Interviewing & Evaluation: Exceptional interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Proficient in using various interviewing techniques (e.g., behavioral, competency-based).

  • Employer Branding: Experience developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Candidate Experience: Strong commitment to providing a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Technology Hiring: Experience recruiting for technology roles is a significant advantage.

  • Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Strong Analytical & Conceptual Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
