Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Tableau Developers to join our team for a long-term remote engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about turning data into insights and driving business decisions through impactful dashboards and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into visual analytics solutions
- Query and manipulate data using SQL across multiple data sources
- Ensure data accuracy and visual integrity in all deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and analysts
- Promote and implement best practices for data visualization and BI reporting

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a BI Developer , Tableau Developer , or in data warehouse design
- Deep knowledge of Tableau and strong experience in building complex dashboards and reports
- Robust grasp of SQL and ability to query large datasets from multiple sources
- In-depth understanding of data visualization and business intelligence concepts
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

- Experience with Data Engineering , ETL , or Data Modeling
- Working knowledge of AWS and Python
